MRIC has an Operations transparent system, leading by a very experienced team qualified from International Research agencies, with Full-time interviewers and QC teams to ensure a stable and experienced resource for projects which can be audited at any time when requested.
Fieldwork team is well trained since recruitment and is organized as team structure with 7-10 people leading by one team leader. The structure aims to put the data collection process in monitoring and supporting directly on field to manage the accuracy in data collection process.
MRIC is applying an international standard process in data collection in which data processing system is managed at the Head Office to control the efficiency in data management and data checking purposes.

International quality control system

Quality is the top priority in our management procedure.  Quality control system is run by a separate team to limit the relationship between data collection and QC team. Each QC staff is attended a professional training course since join and be re-trained on each project they involved to ensure fully understanding on project requirement.

International Standard QC Procedure is applied strictly for each project.  Minimum 20% quality control for quantitative projects and 100% quality control for qualitative projects are applied.  For some specific projects such as Central Location product Test (CLT) or In-home product Placement test (IHP), higher quality proportion is applied to ensure the quality of data collection.

Professional data processing and analysis

Licensed data processing & analysis software, the data punching and analysis processing from MRIC will be able to speed up the process in delivery the result to client after fieldwork finished.  The advance analysis software is helping to:

•    Enabling double key punching for quality control on data input
•    Fast data cleaning and minimizing man made errors via automatic charting function
•    Fastening reporting time
•    Compatible with other common software like ASCII, Quantum, SPSS, MS Access, Excel

Data processing and coding team is trained to adapt to all type of data punching and coding, ensure the answers from consumers are well transferred to be useful information for client usage.
